Grazie Ristorante Southcenter in Tukwila was the second restaurant we opened, in 1988. It's located in the bustling Southcenter commercial complex. From the beginning, our aim has been to make dining at Grazie an unparalleled experience in Italian cuisine, in a warm, welcoming atmosphere that will bring you back week after week, year after year. To help achieve that end, Grazie’s proprietors began in 1991 taking their employees to Italy as a means of experiencing the food and culture firsthand. In turn, the staff is able to share that experience with Grazie Ristorante patrons in a uniquely authentic way. Trips are taken every two years, during which Grazie employees and friends visit restauranteurs, winemakers, and ordinary, everyday Italians for an intimately educational cultural experience.
