Dan Donohue has been a coffee roaster for over 17 years, starting as a young roaster in Seattle during the early 90’s in the burgeoning specialty coffee industry. Over the course of the next 12 years, he had the opportunity to work with and help create success for industry leading artisan roasting companies as an award winning roast master, director of production operations and green bean buyer as well as a consultant to several other roasting companies. Dan’s traveled the world for coffee and has a deep knowledge of all aspects of coffee growing, production, trading and culture that informs his buying practices and craft.
