Valley View Health Center, with headquarters in Chehalis, Washington, provides medical, dental, and behavioral health services to Lewis County residents, primarily to the uninsured and under-insured. We accept most insurance plans, including Medicaid. Payment plans are available on a sliding fee scale depending on income.
