It all started back in the mid 1980s, that when Linda and Mark met while both working for a national chain restaurant in Janesville WI. With the combined experience of over 20 years, they knew this is what they both wanted to do. The one thing they didn’t like was moving from city to city, which is common in the chain restaurant industry. So in the late 90’s, Linda and Mark left the business and moved back to the Fox Valley where Mark had grown up. After working in different jobs for a year or two they got married in 1991. They never forgot their dream of owning their own restaurant and in the early 90’s had an opportunity to do just that.
