The capacity crowds that throng the downtown Great Dane Pub each weekend led to the inevitable questions about where and when a second Great Dane would open. These questions were answered in December 2002 when The Great Dane Pub & Brewing Company in Fitchburg began operations at Hatchery Hill just off of Fish Hatchery Road.
