Pat C. Fragile is a graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science Degree, Master of Science Degree and a Doctorate of Juris Prudence Degree and has been practicing law for 37 years. He was a pilot in the US Air Force for 5 years and served 23 years in the Air National Guard. He has been in private practice in Beckley, West Virginia since May of 1977. During his 37 years of practice, Mr. Fragile has represented clients in automobile accidents, wrongful death and a broad spectrum of civil litigation matters, including but not limited to: contract disputes, estate litigation, divorce, custody, paternity and adoption.
