R & B Cellars (opened in 1997) prides itself on being Alameda's largest family-owned winery and producing "high-quality wines that deliver tremendous value to the consumer." With more than 30 years in the industry, Kevin and Barbara Brown, the owners and winemakers, mix their passion for both jazz and wine ("Wine That Swings!"), creating top-shelf wines and delightful musical atmospheres. The Browns' internationally renowned wines have garnered critical praise around the world. In their 13 years, they have grown by nearly forty-fold and offer 10 wines from eight varietals.
