The story of Konditorei Austrian Pastry Cafe in Davis,California,begins in june,1990,when Albert Kutterning born in Klagenfurt,Austria ,& his wife,Gloria,from the Philippines,emignated to the United States & shortly thereafter acquired ownership of the business.Mr. Kuttering comes from a family of master bakers & master pastry Chefs,he trained in Vienna,ultimately obtaining his master degree in Sugar baking in june,1981Just last summer ,Mr Kuttering has yet again updating the menu by adding his very own gelato creations,An ultimately addition,indeed,making Konditorei a complete pastry shop in every European standard.
