Bistro Anju specializes in Japanese-French fusion cuisine. Chef and owner Hideki Saito has cooked in kitchens all around the world, including the Nikko Hotel in Japan and the Park Hyatt in Beverly Hills, but he got his start working in his uncle's Japanese-French restaurant in Tokyo.

Located in the same plaza as Souplantation and Ted's, Bistro Anju offers a large selection of reasonably priced appetizers, salads, tempura specials, hot and cold noodle dishes, entrees, dinner combos, sushi, premium sake and wine. Kid's menu available (10 and under).
