China Moon, located in an unassuming strip mall off of Town Center Drive, is said by many locals to serve the best Chinese food in Orange County. The restaurant features a wide variety of specialty dishes as well as the standard fare, and all are produced without the use of MSG. The signature dishes are homemade pot stickers, peppercorn chicken and crispy catfish — which is a favorite among the regulars. The executive chef, John Tu, will accommodate any special requests. China Moon sources all of its vegetables from local growers.
