Acre Coffee is a coffee shop specializing in practicing "third wave" coffee making standards, which view coffee as artisanal rather than as a commodity.  The cafe serves espresso drinks, single-original French press and pour-over coffee and pastries to compliment the coffee.  The cafe uses mostly organic products and practices composting and recycling.
