Adobe Road Winery opened its tasting room in August 2010 on the plaza. It was just a hobby at first for owners Kevin and Debra Buckler, making wine with their personal vineyard. They were known for their custom crush. Positive feedback, however, turned hobby into enterprise, and soon the Bucklers had their own wine facility. The tasting room offers the Sonoma County Flight five for $5 and the Reserved Tasting five for $10. Tasting fee is waved with purchase. Cabernet sauvignon from Bavarian Lion Vineyards is Adobe Road's signature wine.
