Stuart Teielbaum, a New York City native, moved to Sonoma 40 years ago. "I like that it is a community. Small enough to know people and big enough to be interestingly diverse." After 10 years in town, he decided to open the only bagel cafe in Sonoma. Locals stop by daily to order their choice fresh-from-the oven bagel on its own, or as a breakfast or lunch sandwich.
