Brothers Dino and Peter Maniatis are co-owners of Hornet's Nest Deli (named in honor of the Branford High School mascot). This deli is the third that the Maniatis brothers have opened in Connecticut. Some of their recipes are three generations old. All soups are made from scratch daily, and an extensive breakfast menu features six Hungry Man sandwiches, build-your-own omelets, gourmet bagels and warm croissants.
