The first PF Chang's China Bistro was opened in 1993, in Scottsdale, Arizona. Today there are 200 locations around the country. It is owned by Philip Chiang, who still consults on the menu of the Mandarin-based Chinese food restaurant. Start with a springroll, Ahi tuna, or dumpling; handmade daily! Then move on to soup and salad. PF Chang offers beef, pork, seafood, noodle and rice dishes. And, it has gluten-free and vegetarian dishes.
