The owner of the Groton Townhouse, Tasso, opened the restaurant in 2007. The restaurant has a large dining area, a diner-type bar and daily 24-hour service. Seating includes leather booths and tables amidst colorful photography of the Southwest. The venue has breakfast, lunch and dinner menus featuring fried or baked Italian dishes, subs, and Southwestern and Mexican foods. Breakfast is available at any time of the day or night. There is a fountain at the entrance as well as a tasty-looking cake selection in a glass case. The Groton Townhouse also serves beer and wine, and can accommodate parties.
