Craftsteak, headed by Chef Tom Colicchio, is another of the fine dining options available at the Foxwoods casino. The interior is tucked away behind mesh curtains. Inside, there are posh leather seats and tall stacks of wine bottles in glass vaults. Menu selections are subject to change but dishes range from ribeye steak to striped bass. Both corn and grass-fed beef are available as well as specialty Wagyu beef from Japan. A $59 seafood tasting plate for the table includes calamari, mussels, oysters and Stonington Lobster. Dessert options include ice cream and delicacies such as pumpkin brûleé.
