Chad’s Bistro opened in 2005. Brothers Sal and Chris Organo are the proprietors of one of Metairie’s hidden treasures. Sal and Chris were raised Uptown and are alumni of De La Salle High School. Growing up in a large Italian family, they looked forward to big family dinners every Sunday with an abundance of delicious food prepared by their mother and grandmother. Some of those great recipes are on the menu of Chad’s Bistro today.
