The Rockville store located in Congressional Plaza is the only Harry and David outlet in  Montgomery County. While its Royal Riviera Pears are a cornerstone of  the Harry and David business, there's plenty more than pears in store for shoppers. There is also a selection of fruit baskets, baked goods, nuts, chocolates and gourmet foods. Every item is individually prepared, wrapped and packaged, making these treats easy to give as gifts.

Harry and David started in 1914 as an Oregon pear orchard that grew by pioneering a mail order business. It expanded over the decades since then, adding on new products, while taking advantage of the age of online commerce. The chain now has 125 stores nationwide.
