Highway 12 Winery is a relatively new wine tasting room in downtown Sonoma. Visitors to Highway 12 are welcomed daily for complimentary tastings and bottle sales at the winery's pristine wooden bar. Its friendly and helpful tasting staff assists novices and aficionados alike with information about the Highway 12 roster of wines.
Well-known and regarded wine maker Michael Sebastiani partnered with co-owners Paul Guisto and Doug Offenbacher to create inspired wines ranging from crisp sauvignon blancs and rich chardonnays to local reds such as the Mission Harware Old Sonoma Red, a blend of merlot and zinfandel. Perhaps most notable are Highway 12's Italian-inspired varietals, such as its La Piazza sangiovese-primitovo-cabernet franc blend.
Stop by Highway 12 on any given day and find 10 wines to choose from for a complimentary tasting, or opt for the reserve collection for a tasting fee of $10.
