The Hard Rock Café in the Rainmaker Casino has a grand entrance flanked by display windows showing off outfits worn by pop stars such as Britney Spears and Roger Daltry of The Who. The walls of the cavernlike interior are festooned with rock-and-roll memorabilia and photographs. A stage in the middle of the bar provides a space for bands to play live shows, which are free Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

The Hard Rock menu includes strip steak, fajitas and "twisted mac, chicken and cheese." There are also specialty sandwiches, desserts, salads and appetizers such as the Hard Rock Nachos. The restaurant includes a bar that serves beer and specialty drinks, like the Triple Platinum Margarita. Across from the main entrance the business also owns a store that sells T-shirts and other branded items.
